BodyTalk

BodyTalk is a holistic approach to healing, based on proven principles of energy medicine. The body is a complex ecosystem with a delicate balance between physiological biochemical functions, emotional and mental interactions, environmental influences, and hereditary and genetic restrictions.

 

Access your subconscious mind to tap into what exactly lies in the body and needs to be addressed at the moment and release it.

 

We build layers of belief systems over the years, and the roots can be very deep. As a BodyTalk practitioner, I can help restore the natural balanced communication in the body, then self-healing starts.

Reiki 霊気 (means Universal Life energy in Japanese) is a Japanese energy healing modality to align own energy. 

The practitioner acts as an energy portal, placing hands to align the client's energy. It is safe and gentle, can be done for children and pets. 

Reiki Session includes:

  • Healing Attunement (Opening the energy portal to receive higher frequency - only done by Reiki Masters)
